I have created a form and if I look at the submissions, all the information is there but it is not showing on my confirmation email. Why?

Hi,
You have a few forms, is this the correct form in question: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/31524113087951 ?
Checking your current settings, the way how you setup the multiple recipients is not correct. You have to separate the email addresses with a comma then space, example:
jotform@support@jotform.com, support@jotform.com
Please change it to this setting so to receive the form notification. I'd also like to add since you are using a custom addresses, whitelisting our IP Addresses and Domains should help: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
