Several users have complained that they are unable to upload documents to our JotForm

    About the document:

It's embedded onto our website (used iframe code to embed.)

I have tested submissions on my own using Safari, Chrome and Mozilla (all of which function and all me to upload documents.)

We have the free version of jotform, but are not near our maximum upload capacity

It seems to be working every time I test it out...but our users seem to say otherwise. Help???

    Hi,

I made a clone of your form and tried it with a few random files in Chrome, Firefox and Safari.  All of which worked perfectly.

I did however have some trouble with the frame that contains the form on your website not loading properly.  My guess is that this may have something to do with the problem as the form on its own seems to be completely functional.  I see you are also a premium user and well below your limits on submissions so that should not be an issue.  If there is any other information you can provide about how your users are interacting with the form (such browser versions, mobile or desktop etc)we will be happy to look in to your issue further.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
