Cant change plan

    Hello. I try to change plan and choose again the free starter plan but it's not possible. For some months i will just need the free plan thats why.  I went on the page "billing" but i dont know how to change my current plan.

    Kindly cancel your subscription through your PayPal account.

    You can refer to these instructions to cancel it in your PayPal Account if you wish for it to be immediate:

    (1) Login to your Paypal Account

    (2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

    (3) Click the subscription number for that transaction

    (4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

    Once cancelled, you will no longer be billed on your next billing cycle.
