I cannot get payments

    At your site it says the payment went thru at pay pal pro no record of payment

    Hi,

    In your payment form http://www.jotform.com/41416009083144  was there actually a successful payment transactions done already?

    Though I am not sure yet, but when I checked the form submissions, I was not able to see any submission that have completed payments yet. All of the submissions were submissions that do not have payment transactions on them.

    Please take note that the payment tool (Purchase Online) in your form is NOT a mandatory field. Meaning, the form can be successfully submitted even without doing any payments.

    If there were incomplete submissions in the Incomplete Payment inbox, most likely the form respondent did not proceed with the actual payments.
