Hi, I have a problem with form http://www.jotform.com//?formID=31354845305957
I have been receiving some email notifications from user registrations yet these users don't appear in my submissions. So now I don't know if these registrations were completed or not.
Should I take the email confirmation as definitive or should I take the submissions database as definitive?
I have tested the form and it works. It just happens in some rare ocassion.
Thank you

Hi,
We are currently experiencing a bug concerning form submissions. User are able to submit them and emails are being sent but they are not showing up in the submission data when you browse your forms. Our engineering team is working on it right now and should have things resolved shortly. Thank you for your patience.
Thank you for using Jotform!

Thanks. I have not experienced the problem again. Is there a way for me to manually insert those entries that were skipped in the database?
My client wants all the submissions in place so I like to take those that only came through email and place them in its submissions report.
Its only two entries so it shouldn't be too hard.
Thanks

Are the missing submissions already available in your account, in the submissions tab?
If not you can go to submissions tab and download a CSV or Excel list of submissions:
You can delete the listed submissions but keeping the headers of the file (else you can get duplicate entries).
Now you can manually enter the data of the missing submissions. After finishing editing you can use the Import Data app to import those submissions to the form
