Form Field Validation Error

On our contact form, one of the fields listed is full name. We had it set to validate for Alphatetic characters only. Today we had a customer receive an error that it required only numeric characters. They tried inputting numbers in the name field and completing the rest of the form and received the following error message:

Incomplete Values

There are incomplete fields in your submission:

Name is required

Phone is required

Please go back and fix the problem(s)

I changed the full name field to require no validation but am still receiving the error for numeric numbers only and then the same error message when I try to submit the form using numbers in the name field.

Please help as no one can use this form due to the errors.

It seems that your form with 41064816678159 ID is still configured to use Numeric validation on the Full Name text box. Can you please try to change it once again and save the form?
