For some reason, a form that we have not edited for months has decided to stop returning specific fields in the email notifications. This form (below) is used to communicate our stores closing numbers. The form itself seems to be working as it always has, all the numbers calculate correctly etc.. Then when I get the notification, half the fields are blank and the rest have random calculations in them from other fields. I checked the notifications and all the correct fields are where inputted where they need to display but they are not returning the numbers. Help!!!

    Hi,

Calculation widgets are supposed to receive their values from a calculation.

You have used multiple calculation widgets in place of what should have been just regular input fields such as text boxes or number fields.

This is NOT how the widgets are to be used.

However, since you are claiming that they did not work this way before, I will open a ticket to have the developer responsible for calculations clarify things with you.

For the meantime, the best course of action is to replace them with regular text box or number fields.
