I cancelled my premium subscription but will I still be able to access my account and my forms remain saved?

    I thought if you go over 100 entries you were charged and I do not have that many.  I had to upgrade my account and now I will not have anymore entries for another two months.  I do not want to pay $10 when I will not have entries.  Is there a number to contact you guys bc its hard to explain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    We do not have phone support yet and our support forum is the best way you can reach us. Regarding your concern, you can downgrade your account to free by clicking the Switch Plan button below the Starter box. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle and you will no longer be charge for the following month. Your account will be downgraded to Free with 100 submissions, 10 SSL secure connections, 10 payments, or 100MB of storage each month. You should still be able to access your forms and your data will be kept. Should you expect more than 100 submissions again in the future you can upgrade your account anytime.
