Double charged for monthly billing

    Please note that NYSS is being charged on 2 credit card accounts for their monthly subscription for $9.95 per month since February 2014.

     

    One card number ends in 5354 - Visa and the other is 4005 - American Express.

     

    Please note that we would like to have the American Express acount refunded for the last 4 months and the Visa card charged going forward.

    Hi Alison,

    I have refunded the AE Card for the duplicate charges. Expect the refund returned to your account within 4-10 business days.

    The Visa card is however, doesn't have your correct username on the payment records. We need to have the correct username to avoid future problems with your account. To fix this, we need to cancel your subscription then you have to re-upgrade your account. Of course, we will send the refund of the May payment. Are you available to process it today? Let us know so we can proceed. No forms should be affected by this.
