This is at least my 3rd support request. I am not ( & have never been) able to open a previously created form.
It does not allow me to check the box of the form I want to open, and doesn't give me the boxes to edit, etc.

Sorry to hear about that.
I made some tests and it does not seem to be account related. Are you experiencing this situation with more than one browser?
You can try clearing your browser's cache to see if it helps.
If the problem persists I kindly ask you to provide us more details on the browsers used and Operating System (windows, OS, ...)
