why does only a part of my notifier 3 show up in emails

I have entered a custom html notifier.  When I hit "test" it sends a perfect test.  But when an actual form is filled and emailed, only a part of it shows up.  Can you help please?

You have two notifier 3 and the field tags are correct there. What field aren't showing when you receive the email? Please let us know so we can check further.
