I had a form with a thank you page.
I cloned that form and changed the thank you page.
Now when a guest fills out the new form, the thank you page they see is an OLD version of the thank you page from the first form.
The attached screen shot shows the custom Thank You page that is associated with the form, along with the 'live' thank you that is not the right one.
This is for my wedding and is a very embarassing Jotform error.

I have cleared your forms cache: http://www.jotform.me/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache. This seems to have fixed the issue upon testing. Please kindly check again.
If you still see the old custom thank you message, I would advise to clear your browsers cache and cookies for Jotform.
