in one page working in the other not...

Hello,

I have embed a form in my website: www.integralcoachingbcn.com. On the home page when I try to write down the e-mail it disappears the field. While on other pages, such as blog, it works perfectly.

I have tried to delated and created it again but it makes the same error.

I am working with iWeb.

Why is that happening? what can I do?

I have connected the form to a mail chimp list, that seems to be working perfectly.

I was just able to find a form on this one http://www.integralcoachingbcn.com/web2/Blog/Blog.html

But it doesn't show that behavior, so the email field stays.

Can you please point out where exactly in your page the form is?  Is this happening in a particular browser?
