I have problems to program the survey "research building system". Questions 10 to 14 and 16 do not appear to be selected.

    Please help us understand the challenge better: 

    1. Is this the form? - http://www.jotform.com/41615768215962

    2. From what I gather - Question 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16 are filled - but when the form is submitted - the values are missing - 

     

    I stand corrected - so kindly clarify what challenges you are experiencing. 

    I double checked - and my second point does not seem to be the case when you check the form's submissions
