    Hello,
I am a huge fan of JotForm. I just received an e-mail today that my forms are being disabled for exceeding my quota of SSL Submissions. I am confused, because I did not embed the SSL version of the form on my site.

    Here is the embed code:

Here is the URL I embedded it on:

I would appreciate any help you can provide. I need this form to keep operating. Thank you again for all that you do!

    Sincerely,

    Andy

    Hi Andy,

The only way for SSL submission count to accumulate is when form is submitted using the form's secure URL. Please make sure that you are not using secure URL for any of your form either by embed or using its URL link.

Your FREE account had already exceeded the 10 SSL submission limit and had gone to Overlimit status. But for this time only, I have notched down the count to zero(0) again to be able to reactivate your account. You may now continue using the forms.

Please inform us if further assistance is needed.

    Thanks.
