I accidentally deleted my form! How can I get my form back?

I was just deleting my forms that I dont use anymore. but I didnt see that I also clicked on my active forms. and now, it's all gone! I have so many order forms there T____T and now I don't have the details anymore T____T

I tried clicking "Undo" but it didnt do anything T_____T could you please help me? T___T thankyou so much! Hope for your quick reply.

You can restore your deleted forms from Trash tab of My Forms page. To do this go to My Forms and select Trash from the left menu. Then select the form you want to restore and click on the Restore button on the right side.
