Autoresponder not sending now

hi.

i set up a small form with an autoresponder this morning.

i tested it a couple times and everything seemed to work beautifully.

when i told my client it was ready to use, it stopped working beautifully.

please help. i can't figure out why it's now not sending the autoresponder.

everything looks right.

it's integrated with our mailchimp - and the data is definitely getting to mailchimp.

but i'm using the jotform autoresponder function, and that has magically stopped working - OR maybe it's blocked somewhere now??

There is a 'Clone of Avalanche Email Download' form embedded on the web page, but you do not have the Autoresponder on that form.

Are you referring to the 'Avalanche Email Download' form? If yes, we can try to test the Autoresponder on it.
