Is it possible to have a button to submit a registration form for someone who will pay at the door and another button for those who wish to continue on to the vanco online payment sight and have them both send me a notification email?
I don't think you can do it that way. I would suggest adding a field to your form that would ask users wether they would pay online or pay at the door.
For example: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41775274042959. In Payment method, choose "Pay Online" and a payment field will be shown.
