I have one form that works just fine with MailChimp but recently created two others that will not work. There is one question on each form that is specific to certain groups within MailChimp, so that the subscribers will go into that group, but they are not going to the group. In fact, entries are not going into my mailing list at all. I believe I did the same exact things with these two forms as I did with the previous one, but it's not working the same way. I just can't seem to figure out what is going wrong. Thank you. :)

With this form, I asked a specific question about what type of reading they prefer. When they select an option, I have it set up in MailChimp that the entrant is added to the main mailing list as well as a group for giveaway entries. I did the same type of thing with the top two forms, but the entries are not going into MailChimp at all. I even tried a new API key.

First off, our apologies for any troubles caused.
Did you try re-integrating the form to Mail Chimp with your browser's cache cleared? See if this helps.
If that doesn't make any difference, try to uncheck opt-in on the settings and integrate only the name and email field. If this works, then there might be something that breaks the integration, probably a field that doesn't match properly on your MC form. Can you please double check if the checkbox field matches the same option on your MC form? We'd appreciate if you could provide a screenshot of your MC form here so we can also test your form with the same form fields on the MC form.
