    @MAUSAM

    Hello there! :)

    I just want to push @ghines suggestion about the auto-delete app. You can use it to auto-delete form submissions whenever you receive submissions from your form. There is no way to bypass Jotform Submissions, we do it for backup purposes and for accounting reasons. However we created that app so you can choose whether you want to retain or delete submissions with your form.

    Best Regards!

    I see 'JotForm Support' for Elton so I figure the recommendation is valid.

    Still, I would like to double check...

    The app is written by JotForm or by someone working for JotForm..?

    Searching for the utility in the apps section, I see it is written by hasansoydabas

    I apologise for being wary; I just prefer to use an applet written by the company...

    edit:   do see that some apps have 'JotForm' in the name, so they are company apps.

    I figure the app discussed here is a community support app.

    But, Elton says that 'we created that app...' so that makes me think it is a company app..  but is it ?

    @ MyCustomSnaps

    Hi,

    We understand your pre-cautions and at the same time appreciate your preference to JotForm.

    But let me assure you that the app was developed by a legit developer and had undergone extensive evaluation and quality inspection before it earned a place in the JotForm Apps.

    It is safe to use the http://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions apps.

    Thanks!
