MY account is not used for phishing

    The account is used for forms for my website at http://phoneflashing.net

    and is not a phishing website.

    Hello phoneflashing,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "Signup" has fields like "Username & Password" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

    Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. This form must be deleted before we can activate your account again.

    We will wait for your response.
