I don't see any of my previous forms from last year under MY FAVORITES!

Upon checking your account, I found that you have only one form. There is no form in "Archive" or "Trash" folder as well.

Do you have the form ID of the form which you created last year? You can also let us know your web page URL where you have embedded your old forms and we will try to trace them for you.
