How do I fix this issue?
It used to work fine for years until today or yesterday. Checked already in Chrome & Firefox browsers. I deleted and reentered date pickers but no luck.

We experienced some problems with calendar input earlier today. These have now been fixed. I have checked your form and it is now working fine for me.
