How to insert images for radio button without adding a new question

Since there are lot of responses received to my survey adding a new widget is leading to creation of new question. This will lead to overriding of data in my Google Spreadsheet Integration.

Is there any way through which I can add survey images to radio button (one without selection and one after selection)?

Any good radio button image will do as the main purpose is to get common radio buttons across all browsers.
