Approval Workflow: How to Undo/restart the flow

    On a recent order I went to far into the flow, ahead of the step I am on. Is it possible to go back and "undo" a step in the flow?

Do you mean you wish to undo an approval process of your approval workflow? Could you please explain, in detail, your current expectations? Could you also provide the URL of your form so we can further test?

    Once we learn more about your situation, we'll be able to offer a solution.

    I have created flows for once an order is accepted, paid, and completed. I completed a flow but the order is not complete. I would like to go back a step in the flow. Is that possible?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

    Unfortunately this is currently not an available option, however, if the form is still in progress you can go to your Jotform Inbox and Restart the approval request.

    If it is showing approved and you want to restart the workflow then you can simply edit the entry on Jotform Tables and submit the form. The form status will be shown as In progress.
