I have submitted 2 forms and these are showing on the jotform site but not being emailed to my clients address.I have checked the site to see that the email is enabled and the address but still not working.
the form should have been sent to email@example.com
please can you check

Did you check your spam folder for the emails? The emails may have been received as spam. Check it by logging into the MS Outlook website: https://login.live.com/
Furthermore, add firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your Safe Sender or Safe Recipient List. Guide here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/not-receiving-email.
