Calendar Option

Hello -

I'm looking to incorporate a calendar to my online application for potential employees. I would like for them to be able to select dates/times in which they can NOT work so give me an overall snapshot of their availability. Is this an option with any of your current templates to import to my application form?

This is a good start. I've attached what our current snap shot form looks like for your reference and then perhaps you'll be able to get a better idea of what I'm looking to do. I just don't know if there is a way to make this interactive online where potential employees could see a full calendar and select the days they cant work and such as we currently ask for. Thanks for any helpful feedback. The availability form may work, but would require a lot of explanation on our part on how to fill out.

Ideally I'd like to be all 3 months like the screenshot. Then have employees be able to x-out or black out dates which they can NOT work or be able write in "can come in a 4pm" or something. Then I would leave a comment section for them to add more details and such

Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We don't have an option for a calendar that directly can x out dates for individual employees. The best way is to collect their availability as I recommended above and consolidate it via the Jotform Table page.

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
