I do not see all my forms under MyForms, only for this year.

How do I retrieve/see previous years forms created? Need ASAP. I only see those created in 2014

I checked your account and found several form in your trash from 2013, I went ahead and restored them just in case these were the ones you were looking for.  If they are not, please let us know and we will be happy to look into your issue further.
