Thank You Message Not Showing Up + Personalization Question

    Help!  I have a rather long registration form - after the form is submitted, the Thank You message shows up at the top of the long form.  The user would have to scroll all the way to the top of the page to see the message, otherwise it just looks like a blank screen (see attached screenshot).  How do we fix this?

    Also, I have a Full Name field, using just first and last names.  How do I customize the Welcome Email autoresponder to show their first name only in the greeting?

    Hi,

    If you need to scroll form page to top after submission, you can embed your from via "iFrame" method. Here is how you can done this: How to Get the iFrame Code

    About your email customization question, you need to change "{fullName4}" field like "{fullName4:first}". You can see an image below. If you need more information about how to customize notification emails, you can check here: Form Email Guides

    Thank you!  The iFrame process worked perfectly, but the first name is still not showing up - it's just blank.  I've just removed it from my thank you email for now, but it would be nice to get this working!

    I've cloned your form and set up an auto responder email like shown below and successfully receive auto responder email with both first, last name variations.

    If you can set up and design your auto responder email, I'll happily help further.
