Only One Entry Allowed

    How do I correct this?  They couldn't register more than one child.

    "Sorry! Only one Entry Allowed"  Multiple Submissions are disabled for this form.

    That is happening because you have set unique submissions based on browser's cookies, "Loose Check", in order to disable that, please do the following:

    1) Click on Setup&Embed

    2) Click on Preferences

    3) Click on Form Limits

    4) Click on "Loose Check", and select "No Check"
