Need to rename the username - TechnePlus_IHS_MS D365

    Hello jonescatchy131,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you please confirm if you wanted to use the username TechnePlus_IHS_MS D365? If so, please note that usernames can have only letters, numbers, and underscores. Would you like to use TechnePlus_IHS_MS_D365 instead? Keep in mind that changing the username will also reset all custom form URLs.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi,

    It wont delete the questions or change the functionalities of the questions, right?

    If it won't, then change the name as recommended by you - TechnePlus_IHS_MS_D365

    Hello there,

    I've gone ahead and forwarded your username change request to the assigned team. Please note that custom URLs will no longer work once the username is changed, so if you are currently using any, you will need to set it up again.
