How do I save or keep uploaded files in my email or my FTP?

    I left a upload your resume button on my form. but when someone is filling out the form and upload any document or any file, the file is not being sent to me but only the name of the file ...

    Hi,

    The file download link is hyperlinked to the file name. You have to click on it to download. If you need to save files to your FTP server, that is possible by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/177-How-to-Enable-FTP-on-Form-Submissions.
