Inserting "signature" field in Form - PDF builder

    I am trying to convert my form submission into a PDF, and I wanted to insert the "signature" block throughout the contract language.

    When I insert the "signature" form field into the PDF builder, it gets converted into a link to the PNG of the signature. is there any way to make the image display? I couldn't figure out how to add a merge tag in the "insert image" option.

    Hello rgovani,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can download the PDF version of a submission on the Jotform table and get the signature displayed on the PDF. Here's how to do it:

    1. Go to Jotform Tables.
    2. Tick the box on the left side of the submission you want to download.
    3. Click Download on the upper right side of the table.
    4. Click Download as PDF.

    If you wanted users to get the PDF version of their submission on the Email, you must add an Autoresponder email first and then enabled the PDF attachment on the Autoresponder email.
