    Hello There,

    Thank you for reaching Jotform Support.

    Please follow the guide below on how to download or create a QR code of your form.

    Go to your form builder > click PUBLISH >> QUICK SHARE and click SHARE OPTIONS at the bottom:

    After the share options, scroll down and click DOWNLOAD QR CODE.
