Account Suspended - Not Sure Why

    Hello,

    When I try to log in I get a message that the account is suspended. Not sure why and can't find an email notification about it. Can you please provide some details?

    Thanks for your help.

    PS: I can't make this ticket private because I can't log in to our account.
