Can you recover a submitted form if it was deleted?

We had a patient complete our form, and it was accidentally deleted without saving as a PDF. Is their a way to recover that form?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to say that the form was submitted successfully but the data was accidentally deleted?

Unfortunately once the submission data is deleted it is not possible to recover it.

You will have to recover it from the submission emails which you must have received once the user submitted your form.
