My conditions are not working correctly

On my Centormail mailmark order form i have 2 conditions:

1) when the user types MMC it displays the relevant parts of the form

2) when the user types MMF it displays relevant parts of the form

Unfortunately when the user types MMF it only displays 'Your centormail Mailmark pack will be processed free of charge.' but not the rest of the form

I tested your conditions and it appears to be working as you've set it up on my end. You mentioned that some of your users are not seeing this so I am curious to know if you are able to find out what browser|browser version they were having this issue in since it is working from what I can see so far. Is that something you could try to find out from one of your users if possible?
