Why my reports are blocked?

    I bought the Premium plan for brazilodge.hostel account @ gmail.com, not hit on nehum month 1000 reports and my reports are blocked

    I show you have indeed purchased a year subscription quite some time ago.  I checked your account and it appears the upgrade did not properly take hold.  I went ahead and reset your form limits and your account should now be good to go with the regular 1000 SSL submissions for your premium account.  We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and you should not experience this again.
