I have a number of form embedded into my websites and when someone fills out a form I don't receive an email alert even though I have one set up. When I test the notifier from Jotform it works, but not from my website.

    Hi,

I've fixed the current form notification settings as you left the sender name empty. If you still don't receive an email to your inbox when someone submits to it, I would advise to please check your spam folder. Check for the email by logging into the webmail access of your custom email address instead of your email client (if you're using any).

If no email are on both the inbox and spam folder, then there's a possibility that your host blocked the emails coming from Jotform. You can fix that by adding our IP Addresses and Email Domains to your server whitelist: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. Contact your host if you don't know how to do this.

    Thanks
