Hi,
Yes. Sub-User Accounts can either just view your form submissions or edit your form or do BOTH. Please check our guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks

Thanks Welvin. I believe you answered my question then, but just to verify for myself, I can create a the same type of form for any number of clients and have each form's submission sent directly to that client?

Hello jbis2k,
Yes you can create any number of forms and set each of them to send submission emails to different email address. You simply need to change the "Recipient Email" address of your email alert to any desired email address. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
I believe I have already responded to you on this thread.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!
