    Here is what I responded to you on this thread

    We had some gltiches like a week ago, but this is now fixed.

    Upon checking our mail logs, I see our servers are sending the emails to the @basecamp.com  email address.

    At any rate, I've checked the email settings for form Compatible with LabVIEW Application and I noticed that it was lacking of a sender email address at both notifiers. I have changed it to noreply@formresponse.com

    If the problem persist, your IT people must take care of  Whitelist JotForm IP/DOMAINS

     

    Seeing the problem from another angle, you are not able to get emails on

    project-2706702-e729d037c3c6ea490d854a9a@basecamp.com

    nor on

    labviewpartnerprogram@ni.com

    Or is it just happening to the group email  @basecamp.com?

    if that is the case, we should investigate deeper, please confirm this to me and I'll forward this case to our devs.
