Need more time before account upgrade

I received an email saying that my forms will be closed at 12 today. I need more time. Please keep them on and I will upgrade today. Is there a monthly plan option?

We have removed the downgrade notice, so your account should not be downgraded today.

Yes, we do have the monthly option, a Premium plan is $9.95 per month (allows 1,000 submissions per month) and it can be upgraded/downgraded at any time.
