This form is submitting well in general but we have had a few issues of nothing happening when users press submit.
We haven't been able to establish a trend in the submit issues.Page URL:

I'm unable to reproduce this issue while working directly on the form. Since the payment is involved, it showed me an error that the card was declined. I have cleared the form caches that should help you in resolving the issue. This could also be an issue with browser cache at user's end.
