Not receiving emails

    Another thing, I don't ever get an email notifying I got a submission. I have to constantly check on jotform website.

    This is in relation with your other thread about your incomplete submissions. You need to complete the submissions to get the email as shown by my colleague in your other thread. 

    Your submissions are not sent because it is not completed during the time when user was filling the form so you need to follow the image above to view your incomplete submissions then just click on "Complete submission" to receive an email.

    I have verified your email and it is not in our bounce or unsubscribe list so there should be no problem receiving an email. I have also checked your previous mail logs and it shows a successful submission.
