where do my deleted files go?

We are a non-profit and trying to minimize costs by using the free account.  I keep going in to delete old forms - but I'm still getting emails saying we're running out of space.  Could it be our deleted forms still taking up space? if so, how do I delete them completely?  Don't see them in the trash.

If that's not it - can you tell me how to clear space so we can keep using the free account?

I checked your account and your form "Muddy Puddles From" has some large uploads along with the submissions.  Some of them are up to 4mb in size.  Currently your maximum upload is set to 10mb:

My advice would be to go through the submission for this folder and delete the larger images.  Then change the limit to 1024 so that you users can't upload larger files.  The counter for uploads denotes the total uploads, not the current amount.
