    Hello Yuri Cristan de Lima,

    Add a language option to your form. Write the translation of the selected language opposite the months. Then you can see that the language of the month has changed. I have prepared an example for you.

    Go to Form settings and select your form language.

    Click edit and add form languages.

    Be sure to months are translated.
