Feedback Plugin: form not loading after clicking the floating button

Hi,

I installed the jotform feedback button and it will not link to the form on the site.

I can see the button, but no form pops up - the wesbite is aresolution.com.au

Hello Heidi,

I did check your website but I am unable to find any feedback button. I also checked the source code of your landing page but did not find any JotForm code there.

Can you please let us know on which button or web page you have added the Feedback form code and we will take a look?

Hi,

I just reactivated the plugin, it is the contact us button on the side.

it links to the 'Request more information' form but does display in the pop up window when the contact us button is selected.

Hi Heidi,

Please try to re-install the plugin and make sure to select the correct Form. I checked your website source and notice that the form ID is incorrect, you have the form name instead of the actual form ID which is: 42071528110846

The correct settings in the WP Backend should be like this:
