ummm Where's my form?

I've been using Jotform as a premium user for a couple of months now and poof all the sudden my form isn't listed on jotform.com any longer it still shows up on the website that I use, just not on Jotform? I checked in the trash folder and it isn't there either? Any idea as to where it ended up? 

Must've been a hiccup, it's all back now!
