Form builder: Reordering elements

I am having trouble with one of the forms, placement , trying to drag and drop where I need it in order,

I've cleared your form cache. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. 

yes, I think its ok one of my computers internet connections is poor. I believe that is why. I was able to re-order from another one. Thanks! : )
