I have received an email regarding my jotform subscription and am unsure whether it is spam

    I received an email from do-not-reply@bluesnap.com saying my recurring jotform payment had failed and to go to this address to update my details: http://home.bluesnap.com/ecommerce/buyers/buyers-login

    I was unaware I needed to make a recurring payment and I am concerned this is spam.

    Hi,

    Our records indicate that you currently have a "Premium" subscription.  Bluesnap is our old payment processing service and these emails are sent by them when a subscription payment cannot be processed.  If you no longer need your subscription, simply downgrade your account to a "Free" level account and you will no longer receive these emails.  If you do need the extra account limits our subscriptions provide, you will need to update your credit card information.
